Genuinely passionate about home ownership with 20+ years of direct experience in custom home construction, renovation, improving land, and subdivisions. It has been my privilege to own commercial property, single family homes, and undeveloped land.
I am also focused on the economics and demographics of real estate and for the last 12 years I have been designing data models, tracking key events and trends to better advise our clients.
